At Bay Village, our goal is to create an inviting living experience that allows you to live abundantly. Our newly remodeled community will feature the latest styles, inspirations, and comforts you yearn for in a senior living community.

Our community has thoughtfully planned for these expenses so that the upgrade costs will not be passed along to residents. It is common for other communities to pay for renovations by increasing the monthly service fee, but we don’t. As a financially stable Life Plan Community, we budgeted for these projects at our expense, not yours! Check out some of the exciting enhancements to our community below.

Dining

Want an international dining experience? Stop in at our “Port of Call Dining” to enjoy a taste of other cultural cuisines. Are you often found hopping from one place to the next? Grab a quick bite at our new “Marker 48 Grill,” offering lighter fare and to-go options.

Wellness

We are adding 10,488 square feet of renovations to our current wellness center! This remodeling project includes a modernized salon, spa terrace, changing rooms, a fitness studio, and a new cardio and strength training room to suit all your fitness & wellness needs.

The Market Place

“The Market Place” is our centrally located gift shop and country store that has candy, stationery, small gifts, cold drinks, and more! This is a one-stop shop to suit all your wants and needs.

Library

Our updated library is a beautifully well-lit, quiet space where you can sit back to enjoy a good book or newspaper. Managed by Bay Village resident volunteers, our residents keep the library up-to-date with current books while helping other residents find a good book to read. The renovated Bay Village Library will be home to over 6,000 regular and large print books.

Theatre

Are you a movie and popcorn fanatic? Our new state-of-the-art theatre will bring your favorite motion pictures to life at Bay Village. With the latest surround sound, system, acoustic panels, and theatre-style seating it will feel as though you are at the movie theatre back at home.

Palms Event Center

The Palm Event Center will be able to host special programs, activities, and events meant to connect you with others and provide enriching experiences. We have the space to accommodate an event for a large crowd or host an intimate gathering of friends or family.

Gathering Spaces

Our gathering spaces are also getting a makeover! The interior hallways and community areas are refreshed with new paint, flooring, and decor to embody casual elegance. We’ve also added Touchtown monitors with brand new flat-screen TVs on every floor.
