Recently, it came to my attention that many of our residents are not aware of a weekly offering. In addition to a Roman Catholic service in the Board Room at 10:30 on Sunday morning, a Protestant service is held on the 2nd Floor Health Center at 10:45, open to all BV residents. Ann Ross-Hudson submitted this:
“At a Sunday morning service on Bay Village 2nd floor
One can sense something of the power of God!
Clearly, God’s voice can be heard in each wheelchair!
God has special meaning to life – wherever we are –
His voice holds the answer to the inner need for His love,
His Presence blesses all as Jacqueline or Chaplain Chuck
Share in scripture and songs and enriching prayers.
The coming and going of each one is such a rich
Welcoming experience as Bob and Joyce greet each one
With warm smiles and affection and a happy hug!
Truly there is a sweet, sweet Spirit in this place
Every Sunday morning at 10:45 A.M….
Many others also share Christ’s joy by helping them all
Come FROM their room and return refreshed TO them!
May the blessings of this weekly spiritual experience
Encompass all with God’s love and Grace and Peace!”
