Bay Village of Sarasota has been fully accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC) since 1987. Bay Village is the only CCAC-accredited retirement community in Sarasota County. Our voluntary accreditation demonstrates that we highly value you and your loved ones. CCAC was founded in 1985, as the nation’s only accreditor of continuing care retirement communities and aging services networks.
